If you wish to cancel your reservation, please submit a cancellation request through our website using the "Change or Cancel" option. It is important to note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that your booking has been cancelled. You will need to wait for a confirmation from our team. The charges associated with cancelling a reservation vary depending on the terms and conditions of the specific fare you booked. You can review these conditions under the "View Ticket Conditions" section of your booking confirmation.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we are here to assist you in understanding the potential charges for cancelling your reservation and to determine if you are eligible for a refund. Each booking has unique terms and conditions, and in some cases, your reservation may be non-cancellable, meaning that no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

If your ticket is refundable, please be aware of the following:

1. The processing time for cancellation and refund requests can vary depending on the airline and the nature of the ticket.

2. The convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable. This fee will apply to all cancellations, including partial cancellations.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. For instance, if you paid using a credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. If you paid via debit card, the refund will be credited to the same debit card.

4. If you cancel your booking directly with the airline, you must provide us with the relevant cancellation documentation in order to initiate the refund process through our system. It is recommended that you inform us of the cancellation within 48 hours of making the request with the airline.

5. Meal bookings are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the airline cancels the flight. In such instances, we will work to ensure that you receive a refund for the meal service.

6. We can only process your refund after receiving the necessary refund confirmation from the airline. The timeframe for receiving the refund depends on when we receive this confirmation.
